Abariaus Apartamentai

We had a really bad experience with the host. He tried to charge us a deposit even though nothing was damaged, and asked for another night's payment that we'd already made through the app. He was hostile, aggressive, and arrogant. We contacted the booking app, and they tried calling the apartment owner, but he didn't pick up. I'd avoid this place if you want a peaceful stay without problems.

I liked the place a lot. It was spacious and sturdy, and really nice. It was just a little short on coffee and sugar in the morning. I'd recommend it.

The apartment was cold even though it was already spring, so I had to pile all the blankets together to keep warm. The owner also doesn't seem willing to put money into the property: the entrance was messy, stairs and walls were damaged, the TV remote barely worked, and the bathroom taps were covered in limescale. The shelf for toiletries was rusty, and there were someone else's hairs in the shower. It started before checkout, when the owner asked, "what about payment?" We'd already paid the full amount for the night before moving out. He said he hadn't checked whether the money had arrived, which says a lot about how he treats guests and his work. I can imagine we weren't the only ones who had booked and paid. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We stayed here with small children, and it was a real disaster. The place was filthy and dusty, the bedding hadn't been changed and was covered in women's hair, and the bathroom was awful to touch. Places like this should be closed for a full renovation.
