The medical treatments in the hotel’s medical annex were a real highlight. Rasa is such a good masseuse that Lithuania’s best clinics could be proud to have her. I stayed for five days, March 22 to March 27, and left with lovely memories and a wish to come back. My room was small but cozy, with a double bed, fridge, wardrobe, bedside table, and TV. The bathroom had a toilet, sink, shower, and two towels. Meals were served three times a day, with several dishes and drinks to choose from at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I can’t think of any shortcomings.

I won't be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The reception service was awful: they were unhelpful with every request and rolled their eyes at reasonable ones. At 7:30 in the morning, they started vacuuming the corridor, which was incredibly disruptive. The room was tiny and the furniture ancient, with mold in the shower. There’s also noise from the busy road nearby and the musical fountain, which plays very loud music late into the night. A terrible stay.

The bed was so worn out that sleeping on it was impossible, and the room needs repairs. At reception, the person greeted us while holding a phone and didn’t seem keen to come over. Breakfast was awful too. We arrived half an hour after service began, at 8:30 am, and there was almost nothing to eat, just coffee, cheese, and four sausages. I can't recommend this place.

Good spot, but the rooms feel more like dorm rooms. They’re small and have balconies. Breakfast was nothing special, and two of the three coffee machines were broken.

I came for a festival and can’t leave, but this place has been a nightmare. At the end of September it’s extremely cold, and other guests say the heating won’t be turned on when the hotel doesn’t have enough guests. The receptionist rolled her eyes when I asked for a heater and said, “Of course not.” She questioned why I needed another blanket since I already had two, though she eventually gave me one.
