The living room is spacious, and the balcony gave us room to relax. The place is clean, with plenty of space, a huge fridge, and a fully working kitchen. There was just one pot, which wasn't enough for cooking. The air conditioning is between the ground and first floors, so it can't cool the sleeping area. There were lots of mosquitoes in the evening, though that's probably not the owner's fault. It's outside downtown, but the lake and beach, swimming pool, and uno park are all within a reasonable walk.

There's a spacious, peaceful patio with a table and seating. The kitchen has everything needed and it all works well. Walking and cycling trails are nearby. I'd recommend it.

The cottages are cozy, in a quiet spot just 100 meters from the Neman River. In the smaller cottage, the downstairs kitchen and living area has an electric stove, fridge, microwave, and wood-burning stove. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. There's also a veranda and parking, and it's a short walk to the city center.
