We came for the main outdoor concert venue in Vilnius, and despite being on the outskirts, the location worked really well for us. The service was even better: we’d booked the only room available at the time, with two separate beds, but they moved us into a double-bed room. The front desk clerk even offered to bring breakfast at 3:30am before our early departure. A perfectly nice hotel.

The hotel is far from the city center, about 45 minutes away. The bedrooms are tiny, there’s a bad smell, and the staff are unfriendly and don’t help with problems. Dead birds on the roof were disgusting. The Wi-Fi and TV didn’t work, and the sheets were dirty. The bed was old and uncomfortable too. I wouldn’t recommend this place. For that price, you can definitely find somewhere better. Even sleeping on the street would be better, trust me!

It was easy to communicate with the hotel staff since they speak Polish and English. Everyone was helpful and answered our questions, even looking things up online for us. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom had no mold. Breakfast was included in the price, though it was average.

The food was very good, and the evening meal was a lovely three-course dinner. The room was basic, in keeping with the country, but perfectly usable, with a bath and shower and a TV. There weren’t any tea-making facilities.

The reception staff were really nice and polite. For the price, the room was OK, with a view of the TV tower and pine trees. But the window was so dirty. I stayed one night, and during breakfast the next morning, all the waiters were talking loudly and even swearing.
