3min walk to Vilnius business center

There wasn’t even a shower head, so washing meant using the sink, and the toilet had no trash bin. The room had no windows, no air, and smelled like stinky feet. The house itself looked terrible, and the walls were so thin we heard every movement and all the snoring from other rooms. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but all I found was some oats and tea in a kitchen cabinet. There was no blanket, just the cover. The owner also didn’t speak much Lithuanian.

Walking past the houses on this street was a pleasure. The neighborhood is easy to reach, close to both the center and the modern part of Vilnius. You can sense the meeting of frozen time and current development here. Many of the wooden houses are still unrenovated, while the fences share a single style. The hostel’s Lithuanian name really does sound like a miracle.

It’s a small wooden house with rooms in the roof, in a scenic spot in the city center. The caretaker was very helpful and sorted out any issues we had during the stay. It suits people looking for a home-like atmosphere for a day or two.

I stayed in the room with a fireplace and woke the next day with a terrible headache. The window couldn’t be opened, and there may have been no airflow. In my opinion, be careful about booking here, as it could be dangerous. The owner lives there and prepares breakfast, which was very poor, with no coffee or tea.
