The location seemed very convenient, close to the bus station, but the neighborhood was unsettling. Neighbors put on loud music at 7 in the morning, and later I saw some sketchy people smoking outside the window. The room also wasn’t clean: there were cobwebs and questionable dirty marks on the bathroom door and walls, although the sheets and towels looked clean. Worst of all, there was no hot water. I called reception, and the administration were polite, but couldn’t fix it and said it was beyond their control. Looking through the reviews now, I see this hot water problem has happened before. When I asked for a partial refund after the unpleasant stay, they refused. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this place.

That freezing cold shower in the morning was awful. Please get the heater fixed. There was a cable left unplugged, and once plugged in, something on the heater showed an error. I would have called if I’d had time.

The only reason I’m giving it two stars is that check-in and checkout were really easy. Otherwise, not a great place to stay: the boiler was broken, so there was no hot water, the room smelled of mold, and the neighbors were noisy at 2 a.m. All inclusive.

We got there at 23:00 and found the door code already entered, with one of the two cards missing. Nobody answered our calls, texts, or email, and there was no way to reach anyone. The room was very dirty, as was the shared bathroom, with pee everywhere. Noisy neighbors made it seem like a meeting spot for couples. These people aren’t serious or honest. Please don’t make the same mistake we did, don’t go there!!

It’s an alright place if all you need is somewhere to crash and don’t need anything specific. The self-management setup is nice. Cleanliness isn’t its strong point, but it’s cheap.
