I came here as a tour guide to meet a group before heading on to the Old Town. The place itself was clean, spacious, and fairly modern inside, and there's a lunch menu. The staff speak English, of course. It's quite far from the city centre, so I wouldn't have come for that alone. But if you're biking from Kaunas centre to Kleboniskis park/forest, the restaurant sits right on the bicycle track, which has recently been renovated and is highly recommended.

A decent value for the price, with a clean room and a bed that's soft and large enough. The floor carpets might be an issue for people with allergies. The rooms in the courtyard arm are larger than the ones in the main house.

The restaurant was a highlight, with really tasty food at very low prices, and the WiFi worked fine. Staff were very friendly, and parking was easy and fairly secure, though it's in front of the hotel. The hotel isn't new, but it feels okay. Its location is handy for an overnight stop while travelling around Kaunas, though it's far from the city.

The cleaning and fresh bed sheets were a 5, while the restaurant, bar, and kitchen service were among the best, 4+. Administration staff get a 1. Still, I had a good experience overall, a 4. Prices were good too, especially at the restaurant.
