A bad place. The bed wasn't comfortable at all, and there was no air. We were there with children in a high-floor flat with no elevator.

A really nice apartment with excellent service for ordering groceries and takeaways. Excellent.

If you'd like the host to call you five times in a row between 8pm and 10pm over a couple of hours, then reproach you for not answering, you could try staying here. That communication felt thoroughly unprofessional. They take a 100eur deposit in cash, but is there even a contract for it? Who takes a cash deposit at accommodation? It all seemed shady. After speaking with the owner, I didn't even want to stay. I'd advise avoiding this place if you don't want your vacation to turn into a source of negative feelings.

I’ve never had such an unpleasant exchange with a host. The owner came across as arrogant and didn’t seem to care about the customer at all.

The apartment was cozy and clean, and the owner was quick to respond. They explained everything clearly and even suggested places to visit. I’d recommend it!
