Kubu Apartment

Finding the building was easy, thanks to its corner location and visible sign. The location is very good, close to the center, and the accommodation was cheaper than other options. Free parking is right outside, though spaces are limited. I was told after checking in about another parking area on a neighboring plot. The keybox check-in and mailbox checkout were simple enough, but I wish they'd sent all the instructions beforehand instead of making me ask how it worked. I spent one night in a studio. The room could use a refresh, and the cleaning could have been better. The furniture and appliances looked second-hand and thrown together, as if the place was set up just to make money. Sleeping well was difficult. The bed wasn't up to standard, and I could hear both street noise and the fan in the room.
