We booked without seeing any age restriction, then the owner called angrily to say we couldn’t come because guests must be at least 26 or be a family. They said that rule was written somewhere, but we never saw it while booking. When we asked why it existed, the answer was “BECAUSE.” The customer service was really rude, and after that I wouldn’t want to stay there anyway.

They have rooms listed as available but won’t rent them out, and give no explanation. Calls go unanswered or are rejected. The place seems unreliable.

The internet was fast and it was quiet, which were the good parts. Everything else felt old, and it wasn’t very clean. The beds squeaked badly, and the mattresses were too big for the frames, so one of us had to sleep at an angle.

When I wrote to them, they said I was too lazy to read and that they couldn’t help. I sent them a copy of the rules they claimed contained that policy...
