A disaster. After I booked on Booking.com, I got three separate emails from Booking.com saying the hotel had rejected my card. When I called, a very rude, patronizing man told me I had to transfer the money to a different account because they don’t accept credit cards remotely. They cancelled my reservation and left us without a hotel. At the same time, I saw the same room listed on Booking.com for twice the price.

The hotel sits in a beautiful spot, one of the best locations in Lithuania, and I hope they renovate the big building. Right now, though, it’s nowhere near worth the 170€ they ask. Maybe 50-70€ a night would make sense. The whole place has a bad smell, like mold or something throughout the hotel.

Strongly not recommended. The room smelled bad and wasn’t clean, and the breakfast was very poor quality. Terrible experience!

The rooms are clean, breakfast is fine, and the restaurant serves an inexpensive but good lunch. Still, at this price for three people, it feels indecent that one person has to sleep on a couch and make their own bed.

We booked a room with two double beds but got one single and one double, so they brought an extra bed. We had to sort out the bedding ourselves, of course. Breakfast was listed in the room as starting at 8:00, but it actually begins at 9am. The water slide is supposedly being cleaned all the time and doesn’t work. The whole place needs renovation, including the attitude toward the business.
