A kitchenette corner is handy if you want to make simple meals, and the room has nearly everything a traveller needs for a short getaway, though you’ll need your own toiletries. Pets are allowed. The place is well insulated from outside noise, but the interior walls don’t block sound well, a small drawback among the many benefits. It’s also an easy walking distance from the beach.

The apartment was nice and cosy, and the host responded quickly. When we arrived, though, the heating was off and it was very cold, so we had to wait for the place to warm up. It could also use some basics like soap and slippers, since the floors felt cold even once the apartment was warm.

The owners were friendly, and the room was nicely fitted out. There’s a terrace, a grill and firelogs in the yard. It’s a quiet spot away from the crowds and activity, yet the village centre is 15-20 minutes away on foot and the beach is a 10 minute walk. I’ll definitely visit again.

For the price, this is a great apartment. It has free parking, air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a place to lock up bikes. A few things could be better: there's no dishwasher or soap by the sink, and the TV is awkwardly placed.

A cozy place tucked among the pine trees. The Dune of Parnidis, Nida center, and the beach are all fairly close.
