Preila has the cozy, quiet feel of a fishing village, and we’re back for a second year. There’s a shop nearby, the bay and promenade are right across from the building, and you can walk or drive to the sea. Cafe Lira is close too. Our stay was fine last year, but this time the apartment didn't seem very well cleaned. The kitchen had no salt or sugar, and the double bed turned out to be two singles without one shared mattress.

There’s plenty of reserved parking, and you can use the BBQ. The apartment is spacious, bright, and clean enough, but I found a few things missing. No dishwasher, hair dryer, or washing machine, and not even salt and pepper for basic seasoning. I don’t wash dishes every day at home, so I don't want to spend my vacation doing it either.

Modern, clean, and practical, though quite small. The skylights have no insect screens, and there’s no oven or coffee machine. It’s also very difficult to communicate in English.
