It was okay.

Really good.

The place is handy for the town center, but sleeping beside the street meant hearing everything outside. We stayed in house 5 for two days, and the room was cramped, with paper-thin walls that bent when pushed. There were insects all through the house, the water ran poorly, and cleaning and hygiene were neglected in spots. The curtains were ripped and smelled bad. The window in our room was broken and wouldn't shut fully, which made it seem possible to get in from outside. On our first day, we came back from an evening out and found the house wasn't as we'd left it, though nothing was missing. There are no cameras or guards on the property. Getting a car into the yard to park on the grass in the so-called parking area was another challenge. You can even see into the neighbors' toilets through the door if you're into snooping. If all you need is somewhere to sleep after partying, it might be good enough.
