Juro Guest House

The location is good, near the pedestrian road in a relatively pleasant area with small wooden villas. The receptionist was nice, but only spoke Russian and Lithuanian. The bathroom was cramped, smelled like a dry siphon, and didn't have a towel for the wet floor. The furnishings and decor were cheap plastic, like something from a DIY shop, and seemed likely to wear out within a year. They also didn't look suited to daily cleaning or hotel use. The rooms are reasonably priced and have basic equipment, but with so few hotels meeting international standards, this new place in Siauliai's apartment, B&B and hotel scene could have made a difference. It didn't. Tourism isn't well developed here, and restaurants and bars are limited too.

The guesthouse was extremely clean and had a shared kitchen. There's parking on site. The reception staff don't speak English, but the administration does and can answer in English.

There’s plenty of room, and the large kitchen has tables where you can sit and eat. The place was very clean, and its location near the train station worked well.

We had a lovely stay, and most things were good. The beds could have been better.
