Our registration was canceled at the last minute by staff who seemed inadequate. When we called to ask what had happened, they sent us to n&hu! and said they weren't going to explain. I don't recommend it.

When I asked if they'd received the email about an overnight reservation, the employee said they couldn't check and wouldn't be able to. I asked them to confirm the stay, but they suggested booking through Booking, even though the day before they'd told us to email directly. Then they told the person we were delegating to look for somewhere else to stay and hung up. Are there so many customers in November in Ukmergė, with just two hotels, that they can ignore emails, send customers elsewhere, and hang up on them? Is the person answering the hotel's calls capable of working in customer service? I wouldn't recommend companies send their employees there.

The staff were great, and it was good to know the area was monitored for cars. The treatments were excellent and the food delicious.
