The service at reception was terrible. The staff there seemed like they needed at least 200 hours of study and practice in hospitality, and I wasn't happy with the rooms either. I stayed for quite a while and mostly encountered drunk people I considered to be from the lowest social class, including at reception. I can't understand why this place is rated above 4 stars. It felt more like a guest house for students or homeless people than a hotel. If you want to meet only "Chronida" guests, book it. I even suspect they write their own reviews. Scam.

For a 2-star hotel, the value is fair. But the blonde woman at the desk had awful customer service, no smile, and was sitting on a couch with her boyfriend.

It's a good deal for the price, and the quality is decent too. The city centre is quite a way off, though public transport goes there directly. By car, it's really close to the main road.
