Dysnos Avenue Apartaments

10/10. The apartment was spotless, and the owner was kind and helpful. We had to leave our previous apartment just before our flight, so we needed somewhere to stay until then. We wish we'd booked Dysnos much earlier. Highly recommend it!

We lasted five minutes before leaving for somewhere else. The apartment was filthy: dusty floors, stained chairs and curtains, mold in the bathroom, a dirty toilet, and dirty sheets and towels. The mattress smelled awful. We decided not to let it ruin our holiday, cancelled on Booking, and reserved another place. After I posted a bad review on Booking, the owner claimed I'd never been there and said I'd made the story up because they wouldn't let me cancel for free. I have photos of the apartment, so how can that be true? Think carefully before booking. Spending another 20 EUR could get you somewhere much nicer.

DIRTY is the word for it. Maybe it used to be nice, but now it’s horrid. There was mold in the bathroom, dirt on the chairs, stained sheets and towels, and the bed smelled of mold. The owner's photos are from when the apartment was new. Don't stay here.

The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was good. Being close to the centre also worked for us, since we were drunk most of the time. Still, I'd give this place a bare three and wouldn't stay again. The listing photos don't match the actual place. It's on a busy high street, with no air conditioning, and you can't leave the window open. There's a cigar shop next door, and the smell carries into the room.
