Radisson Collection Astorija Hotel, Vilnius

The rooms were stunning, with all the detail I’d expect from a Collection hotel. The team made the stay feel special, from a thoughtful welcome gift to their little acts of kindness and attention. Our room was smaller than I expected, but had everything we needed: a comfy bed, lovely bathroom and great shower, coffee maker and tea kettle. The minibar snacks and drinks were for sale at very acceptable prices. We had a breathtaking city view from our room on the 5th floor. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better. Staff and service were just what you’d expect from a high-end hotel. Janis and Anastasia at the bar were awesome and made great drinks. Anastasia clearly has years of experience making exceptional cocktails. I’ve also eaten at the restaurant before and it was wonderful. Thanks for making our stay so memorable. We’ll stay at this Raddison whenever we return to Vilnius!

From the outside, the hotel looks like a grand place from a classic movie, and it’s right in the heart of the city with everything walkable. The staff were kind and friendly. As a solo traveller I booked the simplest room, and it was still spacious for me. The bed and sheets were comfortable, though I did spot some stains on the sheets. There was a real bath in the bathroom, but the space between the bath and toilet was odd and uncomfortable. Breakfast was superb, with lots of variety.

The concierge made this stay so great. Adas was incredibly helpful, gave amazing tips and provided top service. He’s the reason people will want to come back. Thank you so much, Adas, you deserve a sixth star. The building is stunning and everything looks newly renovated. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were great, and the shower was amazing. Try to book a room with a view. The location is great, though the pool and gym are pretty basic.
