From here, you can get straight onto the old railway paths for cycling toward Luxemburg, Bitburg or Wasserbillig. The valley views over Echternach are lovely, and the bright restaurants have terraces facing that same scenery. Breakfast had a very good buffet, plus optional à la carte dishes. The wellness area is well equipped, with several saunas, a hammam, caldarium, indoor pool and outdoor pool. The manager was very friendly.

The forest setting gives the hotel a classic luxury feel, and we had such a good time that we’ll definitely come back. Even on a chilly day, the heated outdoor pool was lovely. We were especially impressed by how many different saunas there are. The staff were attentive throughout, and they even gave us a bottle of wine when we checked out.

Waking up to those views over the landscape felt priceless, and the surroundings are like something from a fairytale. Everyone was so kind to us, and I can't say enough about how well we were treated. The facilities, including the wellness area, were impeccably clean, with good saunas and a pool. One drawback: the rooms get really hot, and the curtains don't block all the light, so I'd bring an eye mask. Hope to come back! 🤗

The pool itself was nice, but I wouldn't return. I came hoping to relax, yet couldn't book a table at the restaurant when I arrived. When I was directed to the restaurant manager, he spoke to me rather arrogantly. That left me unable to fully unwind.

We changed our last-minute Paris plans because of the crowds expected for Bastille Day, and I'm so glad we did. This became the highlight of our trip. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary, and the place filled us with peace and joy. Our room was beautiful, the staff were wonderful, and breakfast each day was excellent and well attended. I can't praise the resort enough, and I'm grateful to everyone there for making our anniversary so special.
