Hotel Mercure Luxembourg Kikuoka Golf & Spa

The only small letdown was the Caesar "like" salad. I remember the breaded chicken on top being a bit unusual, and it didn’t quite match the global standard. Apart from that, this is one of the most wonderful hotels I’ve stayed in. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail all felt perfect.

The spa service was spectacular, and the pool and hot tub were stunning. There’s lots of space, a golf field, and a coffee machine in the room. The gym was complete, with new, clean, well-kept equipment. Reception service was lovely, and the customer service was precious the whole time. Breakfast was standard, quite great. On our first night, we ordered salad and a hamburger to the room. The food was absolutely amazing, and room service was outstanding, though overpriced. Dinner was just okay and very overpriced for the amount served. Glad we had noodles in our room. There were some flies in the restaurant, which were a bit annoying, though I’m not sure if anything can be done about them. I recommend it. Luxembourg in general is a lovely place.

We especially enjoyed the local dishes, and the Cocktail à la Stephanie was a fun surprise 😁. The restaurant food and service were excellent. The wellness area was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded, a lovely spot to unwind after a day out. The breakfast buffet felt a bit too busy for us, but we could have it delivered to our room at no extra cost, which was a big plus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. See you next time!

The spa was laid out well, with lockers and towels provided, plus water available. There was a Hammam, dry and wet saunas, a relaxation area, pool, and jacuzzi, with loungers both inside and outside. The locker room had two showers stocked with soap, shampoo, and body lotion, and hair dryers by the sinks. It had 28 lockers, and two people could fit comfortably in each area, so keep that in mind if coming with more than one friend. Sunday Brunch and Spa made for a great afternoon. Brunch runs from 12-14, and I recommend calling to reserve this combination. It came with a glass of cremant or a non-alcoholic cocktail, and plenty to choose from, including breakfast items, salads, warm small dishes, and desserts. They also had juices and detox water. Great service from Reception, dining, and spa. Definitely will return.
