My room at Apart1Hotel smelled strongly of smoke as soon as I arrived. When I asked to move, they said there were no other rooms and gave me two choices: open the windows, or cancel and get my money back. The windows only opened a little, the smell stayed, and the street noise came through. Neither option worked for me. There were no other hotels at a similar price available at such short notice, so I found this completely unacceptable. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke through no fault of mine. The owner offered no other accommodation and wouldn't cover the price difference for another hotel. I spent two hours trying to sort this out, was effectively left on the street, and ended up paying much more for the trip than I expected. The owner seemed to care very little about customers. I'd strongly advise avoiding all of the Empire Hotel's properties. AVOID THIS PROPERTY.

I needed a place in Luxembourg for the medium term after starting a new job, and this studio worked out really well. It was clean and pleasant, with all the amenities I could ask for at a reasonable price. The location was very convenient, and the staff were a great help.

The rooms are kept in good shape and were great for a short visit.

The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was very good for the price. The location near the train station was handy, and I felt quite safe around there. My room had a microwave and fridge. Sound carried through the walls. The bathroom bin was full, which seemed odd since everything else was clean. There's only a fan, no air conditioning, so it could get hot in summer.

There's no website, email, chat, or social media to reach them. I refuse to try calling. It's well past 1972.
