All the rooms are in the basement, with no airflow or air conditioning. I picked a warm day and was basically sweating. There wasn't a restaurant in the hotel, so I was left ordering Uber Eats. The room had just one generic soap in the shower, with no shampoo, shower gel or conditioner. There wasn't an iron either, which is a real problem when you're travelling for work. It felt like the hotel was in the middle of nowhere, and the signage was so unclear that I walked around in circles trying to find reception. The building marked “hotel” had no reception; for some strange reason, it was hidden inside the sports centre. Awful experience.

The hotel has two entrances, so pay attention. One opens right by the tram, which goes to the airport and to most of the main attractions downtown. The location is excellent.

Getting around by tram is very easy. The rooms are clean and breakfast has plenty of variety, making this a good choice for a stay in Luxembourg.

The staff were friendly and really helpful, but the rooms felt like management had invested as little as possible. The beds sit only about 40 cm off the floor and have very poor soft foam mattresses. Getting around the property was difficult too. Although it’s described as having handicap access, there’s still a lot of walking, and the elevators are far from the restaurant and bathrooms.

The noise from a nearby nightclub was unbearable, lasting from noon until midnight. We even had to call the police so we could get some sleep before catching an early train. The hotel is basically a dorm, so we could put up with the very basic amenities, occasional missed room cleaning or water, and gates that closed early, at 8 pm on weekends. Good luck getting into the stadium by 7:50 pm. I definitely don’t recommend it.
