I feel I have to contact the owner of your hotel. I’ve been following your project and the quality of your service for quite some time. With management like Luca’s, I can honestly say you deserve just one star. Your manager, Luca, deserves it. You’ve raised the prices of beer and food while the quality has dropped significantly, and the service has got worse. This is a 4-star hotel in Luxembourg. I’m tired of paying out of my own pocket for your services, and your greedy, unprofessional team deserves a 1-star rating. Thank you for your understanding.

A pleasant, traditional-style hotel for a weekend in Luxemburg. The room felt recently renovated, but the shower and hallways clearly showed their age. Check-in and checkout were smooth. The fire alarm went off a couple of times unnecessarily. Parking cost 30 euros per night. It’s easy to reach the centre on foot or by free public bus, which stops right in front.

The center is about a 20-minute walk away, and getting around by free public transport is easy. There was drilling during my stay, which made sleeping harder. I’d ask for a higher-floor room facing the park rather than the street.

There’s a regular bus stop right outside for getting into town, which helps with the location. You can also reach the airport and railway by public transport, though taking a taxi worked better for us. We tried the hotel breakfast and found it okay.

The park view is stunning, and the location is convenient. It’s a cozy, artistic hotel, with comfortable beds and friendly, helpful staff. The rooms could be more spacious. I’d definitely recommend it.
