Hotel Parc Beaux Arts

This boutique hotel is in the historic centre, perfectly placed for exploring on foot, with bus and tram connections just a short walk away. Our room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly. There was some weekend noise, but we didn’t find it intolerable. The hotel provides earplugs if you need them. I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Our suite was lovely, with a very comfortable bed, a nice shower and bathroom, and thoughtful extras like dressing gowns and slippers. The hotel is right in the centre of everything. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly. Zoe recommended some very nice local restaurants, and they also helped us find our way to places of interest.

The staff were all great, and so was the restaurant, but the noise really undermined the stay. The place itself is well kept and centrally located. Unfortunately, there’s a pub directly opposite, where people drink in the road and shout until 4/5 in the morning. If your room faces it, getting any rest is impossible. Don’t book here if you want to sleep.

We stayed in the suite, which was huge and had great views. The front office staff were kind and friendly, and the location was the best, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. It’s 10-15 min from the train station.
