I had to call after arriving just to get my apartment number, and the passwords in the email and app didn’t match. I eventually got inside, luckily, but there were no towels, shampoo, or other bathroom supplies, so I couldn’t shower. There were dirty cups left in the dishwasher too. For the price, it wasn’t worth it at all, and it was the worst hotel apartment I’ve stayed in.

By the time we finally got into the apartment at around 12:15am, it smelled terrible and was dirty. The bedsheets and bathroom towels had clearly been used, and the place was falling apart. The instructions were VERY unclear. Customer service couldn’t do anything, so we found somewhere else to stay after midnight. Now I’m trying to get a full refund because we stayed elsewhere, but they won’t answer the phone. They’re TERRIBLE. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give.

The city centre is only a 10 minute walk away, which was great. But communication and help from the hosts were poor throughout. We had no towels or toilet paper and sent three messages. The only reply was to “check” the facilities; after we bought our own supplies, they never got back to us. The facilities were average, and neither the oven nor microwave worked. I wouldn’t recommend it or stay again.

We couldn’t get into the flat at first because they gave us the wrong access code. The person on the supplied phone number was no help at all. I only managed to enter because some cleaning staff happened to be in the building. Then we discovered the apartment had no electricity. There was no help by phone and no offer of another flat. It was a terrible experience, much like the other reviews. I’d look for accommodation elsewhere.
