Bivius Boutique-hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Bivius Restaurant and Hotel, with a welcoming atmosphere and professional, helpful service from the whole team. Mr. Othman at the front desk was especially kind and always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant staff and other hotel employees also worked hard to make guests comfortable. I’m grateful for the hospitality and wish the hotel continued success.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There’s a large free parking area, and the restaurant on site was tasty, cozy, and friendly. A perfect place for a night.

We stopped here for one night on our way to another country. The hotel is right by the highway, but we didn’t hear any traffic. The rooms were very clean and the beds were great. When we arrived, everything was dark and it seemed like nobody was there, so we waited a while. The host’s friendliness and service made up for it, though. All the staff were notably cheerful and welcoming, and the coffee was the best. The whole place had a good feel to it. :) One issue: the hotel system couldn’t scan a passport with the private BSN codes covered. That’s required under European law, so I’d suggest fixing the system as European hotels are supposed to do.

The staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate my request for halal food, which is why I gave them four stars. My room at BIVIUS Hotel Restaurant Luxembourg was clean and comfortable, but I missed having a kettle for hot water or any coffee or tea, which I usually find in hotels. The bathroom and toilet ventilation fan was quite loud, especially annoying at night. I think a quieter model would be better.
