The area felt a bit dodgy after dark, as other comments mentioned, and a second room key would have been handy. Apart from that, we couldn’t fault the stay. The rooms were a good size and spotlessly clean, staff were friendly, and they managed an early check-in. There were shutters to block out the light, plus a fridge and kettle in the room. Shops and public transport were very handy, and it was great value for money.

I was impressed by how modern and convenient Hôtel JJ32 felt during my trip to Luxembourg City. It’s 180 meters from the central train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center, which made it a great base for exploring. My room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning, a minibar, a towel warmer, and a nice walk-in shower.

The rooms were clean and a decent size, and the staff were friendly. It’s close to the bus and train station and grocery stored, but the area felt a little sketchy. Nights were very noisy, with yelling, music, trucks, and airplane noise.

Both problems could have been handled with very little effort, the kind you’d expect from a hostel or even an Airbnb host. At this *hotel*, they just didn’t seem to care. When I arrived, the toilet was clotted. I told the guy downstairs, and he handed me a stick and toilet solution. I said fixing it wasn’t my job, but he made it clear my only choices were to cancel the booking and find somewhere else to sleep, or deal with it myself. He didn’t come up to check. The next afternoon, laundry was in the only elevator. I told a different guy, who said I’d have to wait for the cleaning lady to finish or take the stairs. Moving the laundry would’ve taken 30 seconds, but again he stayed in his chair and didn’t even look in the elevator. The staff are just laughably bad.
