We had an enjoyable few days in a very nice part of the country. The room wasn't close to perfect, though we understand the hotel is being improved. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke very good English. The food was very good too, well done, chef.

I was relieved to leave after three terrible nights. The room was small, and there was a urine smell from the little toilet beside the bed. Everything felt very old, the breakfast was no good, and dinner was worse. A few other customers told me they'd not give the dinners to their dogs. The staff were very serious and didn't connect with guests.

Friendly staff and a welcoming feel in a great spot right in the heart of Vianden. Be sure to count the hippos while you're there.

We spent the weekend here and had a lovely stay. The room was very clean and tidy, the food was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Thanks again for making it such a good visit. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the area.

The staff were great and couldn't do enough for us, and the hotel was very clean. Our room was okay and newly furnished, though there was no AC. The hallway, stairs, and dining room looked tired, and breakfast was basic. We didn't eat in the restaurant because its prices were high compared with the other hotels in Vianden.
