There’s plenty of room here, enough for two families, and the house is in a quiet spot with private parking. But privacy was a real problem for us. The owner seemed unwilling to let guests handle the heating and would come into the house every couple of hours. The sauna also costs extra, a steep E50,- for a couple of hours, and that charge wasn’t mentioned in the booking information. The TV was broken, and the WiFi was slow and kept cutting out. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and I won’t be back.

We’ll come back! This was one of the best places we found on our trip through the Baltic states. The big wooden house had everything we needed, and it had a fantastic feel, with 250 qm of space. It worked really well for our family. Top, excellent!

The best part was the tidy grounds and the cute cats. Inside, the house was a bit dirty, with black mold in the shower, and the CD drive didn’t work. We stayed in summer on a cold day and were freezing, while the owner was stingy with the fireplace wood. There’s a coffee machine, but no tea or coffee, and the kitchen smells bad. The owner wasn’t very welcoming either. If you choose to work with people, you should learn to speak to them politely.

It’s a good, affordable place for a large group to get together, with a fireplace and a good sauna. The owner is responsive and involved, though sometimes a bit peculiar. It’s a shame there doesn’t seem to be any thought given to safety: it’s a log house with no smoke detectors.
