The room was freezing, with temperatures reaching -30, because the window had been left open. Anyone outside could have come in and taken my things. Someone entered the room without permission and left it in a mess. I can’t tell whether it was random drug addicts and burglars being let in, or nosy, thieving staff. The towel had brown stains, and a ceiling panel was broken on the floor, leaving dust all over the carpet. The rooms are run down and, frankly, not fit to host human beings. There were stains, scratches, and cracks on the walls, and the furniture was damaged and unsightly. Hospitality was nonexistent. Honestly, guests should be paid to stay here, not charged. These overpriced rooms are disgusting. Find another hotel, not this dump.

There’s a large free parking lot, and our room on the 2nd floor had comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. Breakfast had a wide selection of items. The staff seemed disinterested, though they did still provide service. There’s no elevator.

We paid for 2 hours of bowling, but mistakes meant we had to switch lanes. Then my girlfriend accidentally broke a beer glass. Nobody came to clean the table, so I had to wipe it up with napkins myself. When I went to the bar for another beer, I was surprised to be charged €9 for a beer, €5 for the broken glass, and €4 for a beer. Shameful place.

Bowling and billiards are among the things in the hotel, and the location is handy: 5 min from a big supermarket, 5 min to MacDonalds, and a 15 min walk to the city center. Our 3rd-floor room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel location is good. But there’s no sound isolation, and the bar music downstairs comes through as if it’s next door. It’s very noisy in the rooms, making it impossible to relax or sleep. Good sleep matters to me, so I wouldn’t stay here again.

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and there’s a large fenced parking lot. The location is good, within walking distance of the town center, and there’s bowling in the same building. Breakfast was good enough too.
