The biggest annoyance was guests smoking on their balconies. There are also no mosquito screens, and without air conditioning you have to leave the windows open in summer, so you end up dealing with mosquitoes and other flying insects. The balconies have wide gaps, which didn't feel safe for cats or small dogs, so we couldn't leave the balcony door open overnight. The sweet air freshener was overpowering for me, though you might like it. It's noisy until late because the hotel sits between two busy streets. The location worked well for getting around: two railway stations are nearby, the sea is a 2-3 minute walk away, and there's a shop and a cafe, though the cafe closes at 18:00. It's a countryside area without bars, cinemas, or nightlife. The place was very clean, pet friendly, and has comfortable beds, small room balconies, fast, reliable WiFi, and onsite parking. There's a small guest area with a terrace and free ping-pong, plus a nice breakfast. Free tea and hot water are available on the second floor only. Staff leave at around 20:00, so if you go out in the evening, remember the door code and take your key card. Otherwise you could be left outside for the night. I doubt they change the entrance code very often, which doesn't seem very safe.
