Kapucino

The location is 15 minutes from the beach, and breakfast tasted okay despite being the same each day. The lady serving it was very kind. But the studio flat we got was awful. Other flats in the building seemed okay; this one really wasn't. We booked ten nights and left before the end. I wish we'd moved out the first night. There was mould, and though it was 28 degrees outside, the flat felt cold and damp, especially at night. All our clothes were damp, and it was so cold to sleep that my baby and I developed coughs. Humidity was 87-90, and their humidifier wasn't installed properly, so it didn't help much. They tried to tell us all of Jūrmala was like this, which wasn't true; we'd stayed in several places. The bathroom was the worst, smelly and very damp. I had to throw away some gifts and clothes because they had actual mould on them. Given the health risk to us, I hoped for at least a partial refund, but they refused. We won't stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
