We needed a quiet night, but when we arrived people were drinking, smoking, and partying in the garden. The walls are very thin, and the staircase is terrible. My mother and I asked the owner if we could cancel that night. She agreed and told us to send a cancellation request through booking, saying she would approve it. We sent the request, but the owner did not approve it. Booking.com opened a dispute, and since then she has refused all contact, ignoring emails and messages. We lost 80 euros even though we never used the room. We often holiday in Salacgrīva, but this is the only accommodation there we can’t recommend. Please be careful.

We stayed here before the season and everything was all right, though it was a little cold. We were given an extra blanket. It’s a very pretty place, and I imagine spending summer days here would be a great experience.

The rooms feel like home, if you know what I mean, and the sea is just 250m away. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The garden is beautiful, and the beach is right nearby. The owners are really good people. Heaven on earth, thank you!

Beautiful garden and a great location, but the kitchen was very dirty. 😕🤷🏻♀️
