We tried the cold beetroot soup, lamb meatballs, and pork chops, and the food was delicious. There's a playground and kitchen for children to use. Communicating in English was very easy. I'd recommend it.
We had a group of seven, and the food came fairly quickly considering the size of our party. There are places to eat indoors and outside, plus a playground in the back yard. Parking was plentiful. The alcoholic drinks were fine, though mine had too much Aperol and wasn't as enjoyable. I wouldn't recommend going on Mondays. They were out of several things, including chicken shashlik, kvass, Coca-Cola, and tonic.
The food tasted good, and luckily there weren't many mistakes with our order. The big outdoor playground would make this a great place for families in good weather. Still, several parts of the service let us down. We had reserved a table, but when we asked to sit down, staff pushed tables together and seated us without cleaning them after the previous guests. We had to get the menus ourselves after no one responded to our request. We knew the food would take a while, which was fine, but ordering drinks and then getting them took far too long. The people bringing the food didn't seem to know how the restaurant worked or what they were serving. They clearly need someone to train and guide them. Also, for summer and berry season, it was a pity that the dessert had frozen berries instead of fresh ones. I'd have given more stars if not for these issues.
A nice place overall, with good food and an artsy interior.
