A pleasant park, with a historic building.

We came to Tiguļkalns for a concert. There were so many people that we couldn't see the stage, but the stands were set around the perimeter and the sound was very good. A wonderful concert, with beautiful old oak trees around us.

The hill among the oak trees has good terrain for walking and great acoustics. It's easy to see why Raimonds Tiguls performs there instead of on the stage just below.
