Arben H.
I don't even know where to start with this guest house and its supposedly wonderful staff. Our company put us here while we were doing logistics work at the City Port, from September 20, 2025 - October 01, 2025 and again from October 13, 2025 - October 28, 2025. I won't forget those days easily. Staying here wore me out more than my daily work did. There were three “princesses” around, and whenever we asked who the owner or manager was, they all said, “Yes. I am the owner/manager.” The rooms often smelled strongly of damp, apparently because there was no air circulation. Room service only happened after you went to reception to complain. The towels and sheets smelled dirty every day, as if they were being washed without detergent or fabric freshener. There was no receptionist, so every guest had to open and shut the main door themselves each time they came or went, even just to smoke in the yard. I asked for two keys for our room, but they refused because they said they had only one. My colleague and I worked different shifts, so we ended up waiting behind the door for each other for two hours every day. Room no. 11 was sold as a double, but its bed was so tiny, 140cm × 190cm, that sleeping without disturbing my colleague was impossible. I asked them to swap it for two single beds and was told, “You have to sleep this way because there is no choice.” Room no. 3 had a kitchen, but the extractor didn't work. Whenever we cooked, we had to leave the windows and door open, which made us cold and sick with flu, and we lost 3 days of work. In most rooms, the boiler only started working during the last 3 days, after complaints from all the customers made the situation alarming. There were also often insects in the rooms, apparently to keep the customers company 😂. And there wasn't a hair dryer anywhere. The self-proclaimed manager's daughter apologized and begged me not to post a bad REVIEW, but I couldn't leave without writing this. Tourists should help each other avoid experiences like this during their vacations.
