The park and several fountains are very close, and the ferry port is under five minutes away. It's probably fine for a one-night stop, but be aware there's just one shared shower for 6-10 rooms. The kitchen has a small fridge, a kettle, dishes, and utensils, though other guests may have taken some. We booked for three and found two single beds, with the extra bed not set up. A street-facing room can be noisy until 1-2 am on hot nights when you need the windows open. Cash only, and staff aren't around from 8 pm until around midnight.

The only thing going for it is the location, near the old town and center. The room itself was like a Soviet-era dormitory on the third floor, and the reality didn't match the booking comments I had read. The bed was made, but the linen was so thin it felt child-sized; even the cafe bench pillows were better. We stayed eight days, and nobody cleaned the room. I would have tidied it myself, but there was no one to ask for help. There wasn't a proper place for rubbish, so we didn't carry it to the nearest bin every day. The kitchen was just okay, with one key shared by all rooms that had to be left at the end of the corridor. We only used the kitchen fridge because everything else was sticky. The trash bin smelled when we arrived, and when we left it was still smelly and full of flies. It felt like there was no owner and nobody cared, as long as the full payment was made on arrival. Don't be fooled by the location.

The main street stays busy with cars at night, and people from the casino downstairs can be noisy until dawn, so it wasn't possible to get a good night's sleep. The seagulls didn't help either :D. We were on the third floor, and in the hot weather it felt like an oven. We also had quite a walk to the sea. The hotel itself was fine.
