The food has become dramatically worse since my visit in November. It’s poor quality and not fresh, and staff eat from the guests’ open buffet. Wi-Fi is almost nonexistent, the air-conditioning doesn’t work properly, and some sockets have electrical problems. Some staff were rude, especially the receptionist, who had no manners, and I experienced harassment from male servants. I do want to thank Waade, the housekeeper, for her excellent service and support during my stay at plasma Hotel, along with the cleaning ladies. Dr. Hana Altwir

It’s sad to see Plasma change this way, since it used to be a better hotel. The staff are kind and helpful, and breakfast is good, but the rooms are in very poor condition. The air-conditioning doesn’t work properly, the fridge makes a loud noise, and the dirty carpet leaves the room smelling bad.

The room is overrated, with no soap or towels, and the pillows and blankets are disgusting. The reception experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had.

The location is amazing, very close to the beach and downtown, and the breakfast is tasty with plenty to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I thought the stay was very good value for money.
