The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. From start to finish, the staff were kind, attentive, and professional, and I felt cared for throughout. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made the whole visit feel luxurious and thoughtfully prepared. Both the hammam and massage exceeded my expectations. The hammam was refreshing and deeply relaxing, carried out with care and expertise. The massage had well-balanced pressure and professional techniques, just what I needed to release stress and tension. The people here clearly have experience and care about their work. I left feeling lighter, renewed, and completely relaxed. It felt like more than a treatment, a real moment of wellness and self-care. This is one of the best hammam and massage experiences I’ve had, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for quality service and a relaxing atmosphere. Thanks to the whole team. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with plenty of choices, and you can order pizza and drinks by the pool. Our stay was quiet and relaxing, with lots of things to do. Jiji welcomed us warmly and showed us around. Our spacious rooms were near the pool and garden, properly cleaned, with a large bathroom and very good water pressure. The hotel is in a great spot, 300m from the sea. Some reviews mention complaints we didn’t recognize from our stay. It’s a very good hotel, and we didn’t find anything wrong.

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the atmosphere was welcoming. It may not fully meet a true five-star standard, but the staff’s kindness and professionalism stood out. Thanks to Hassan at reception, Mohammed from security, and Hassan who handled our luggage. Their attitude and positive energy were excellent. Security deserves particular praise. The team was alert, professional, and present 24/7, which made us feel safe and comfortable. For security, I’d give this hotel five stars.
