We relaxed right away in the quiet setting, a lovely refuge from the excitement of the medina. The welcome was warm, and our upgraded room was clean and so comfortable, with a great shower and what felt like a heavenly bed. Every moment at this beautiful riad was a pleasure. Our stay was beyond perfect, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I visit Marrakesh.

I want to warn potential guests about my experience. I didn’t interact directly with the staff or services or see the hotel interior, so I can’t judge their quality. I booked two rooms for three nights (29-02.12.2024) on Booking and paid €700. On 29.11, I tried for 1-2 hours to find the place, searching through what felt like the Marrakesh catacombs, but couldn’t locate it. I asked for a partial refund of at least €100 from the €700 and was firmly refused. I assumed that was because the booking was non-refundable. The main detail I haven’t seen other guests mention is the location. This Riad is in what I consider the most infamous area of Marrakesh, with catacombs and a dirt access road. If it rains, it may be impossible to reach the hotel. At least 10 people approached us offering to guide us there, with one pointing left and another right. They were the most dubious people I’ve encountered in my travels to 30 countries. The taxi from the airport left us 700m from the possible location and told us to manage from there. We had to drag our suitcase over the ground. It was a terrible evening, and I hope nobody else has to go through that. One more detail: the owner wrote that she has managed this Riad for 17 years :)) It has 130 reviews on Booking and 38 on Google :)) Be very careful choosing this area!!!

A hidden gem in the middle of the Medina. We had a wonderful stay, and the owner is a lovely lady. Highly recommended.

Omar and Sana made our week at the Riad so special. The service went well beyond what was expected, with friendly chats and big smiles, and Sana cooked dinner for us twice. Restaurants in town should be jealous of her cooking! After the busy medina, stepping inside felt like entering a sanctuary right in the heart of town. It was quiet, had a lovely atmosphere, and smelled delicious from the heated oil, without being overpowering. We arrived late at night, and Omar came to collect us from the nearest place. The transfer they arranged went smoothly too. We would have given an 11 if we could. Thank you both for an excellent stay, highly recommended!
