Palm’s Motel

There’s a small parking area in front, and the room has a small fridge, a wardrobe, and space for luggage. The internet was decent, and the location is fairly close to the beach. The bathroom was good, but there weren’t enough towels or shampoo and soap provided daily. There was no breakfast, so we had to eat outside, and there are no laundry facilities. Ants were all over the room, including on the bed. They don’t answer phone calls. There’s no phone in the room either, so you have to go downstairs whenever you need reception. The front desk was disorganized, I went up without being given the key and had to come back for it. Staff didn’t give enough information. There’s no luggage porter, and staffing seemed limited: one person at reception by day, another at night, plus a woman in administration. The hotel is inside a gas station.

After a bad stay at our previous hotel, we were able to book here at the last minute. The staff took us in and went out of their way to help, carrying our luggage upstairs and making sure we had the right number of towels and everything else. They’re so sweet and helpful. I’d recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for a good option on a lower budget.

The restaurant downstairs was so convenient, and the prices were very reasonable. I travel solo and like to use one hotel as a base to explore the area. The staff were understanding and helpful, and made me feel at home. They even helped me with my basic Arabic and French skills.

The family-oriented atmosphere and friendly staff made a strong impression, and the rooms were super clean. From the moment I walked in, the team’s warmth made me feel valued. The service was impeccable, the accommodations luxurious, and the attention to detail really set the hotel apart. My room was tastefully decorated and had modern amenities that made the stay comfortable. Dining on site was excellent, with a wide range of delicious dishes, and the location made it easy to explore the city. My stay exceeded all expectations. It was a memorable, indulgent experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Agadir.
