THIS PLACE ISN'T SAFE TO LIVE IN. I RAN AWAY AND FOUND A NEW PROPERTY CLOSE TO THE BEACH.

The apartment is big and has all the comforts, but it feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere. The sea is half an hour away, though a shopping center is fairly close. We got it with sandy sheets on the bed and the kitchen cleanliness was questionable. They charge €30 for room cleaning, but do they actually clean? We found a cockroach!!!!

There was no water for 12 hours, and nobody seemed to care. The place was also really dirty and a long way from the beach. They advertise it under different names, so be careful. I travel a lot, and this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. My advice is to stay away.

A lovely piece of work, with quality materials, underground parking, and earthquake safety standards that are top-notch. It’s a modern building, and the prices are affordable for this level of luxury, which is rare in the region.

Very bad. It’s dirty, there’s no hot water, and the beach is a long way off. There isn’t a café or any other amenities nearby.
