Morat made sure we knew what to expect to pay for taxis, helped us avoid unplanned tour guides, and was there when needed so we wouldn't lose our way in the Medina. He also went out of his way to arrange a desert trip and a hammam and spa visit. We had a wonderful stay at Dar Faracha. The rooms were cozy, the shower had great water pressure, the food was wonderful, and they took care of our laundry. The walk from the recommended taxi stop is fairly easy if you follow the signs, but Morat met us and led us through the dark, narrow passages. The Riad is a lovely oasis at the end. We'd very much recommend it.

Each time you step inside, there's a lovely courtyard, soft music, a warm smile, and excellent mint tea. It's hard to imagine such a peaceful place behind the narrow alley. Dar Faracha is a gem, with tasteful decor and both a quiet terrace and a calm courtyard. Mourad went out of his way with tips and advice, and helped us find our way through the Medina, which we really needed. He made us feel like guests. We'd happily recommend it and hope to return. It made our trip to lovely Fes that much better. Thank you, Mourad and team!

The room was lovely, spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the riad itself is beautiful. But what made this one of the best places we've ever stayed was Murad and the others. They treated us like welcomed guests and did everything they could so we had what we needed, from keeping us supplied with drinking water to doing our laundry when we asked, at no extra charge. They also helped us arrange things during our stay. I can't recommend this place enough. Do yourself a favor and book it.

Great dar, meaning home, and highly recommended. In this area, be sure to say no to strangers who offer to guide you through the Medina. They will scam you.

We stayed for two nights. The staff were attentive to every request and need, and breakfast was very good. Our room had a comfortable bed and other amenities. The Riad was beautiful, with all the Marrocon decorations and style. Recommended! Just make sure you have precise directions to the location.
