We found it quiet and well placed near the beach and places to eat. It worked perfectly for our family. The staff were amazing, and our cleaner was especially polite and friendly, with a really high standard of cleaning. We'd definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. The room was okay for self-catering, with what we needed, but it was basic and some bathroom items were old and needed replacing. Bits of paint and corrosion were floating inside the kettle, and the fridge was worn and a bit dirty. The cleaners didn't top up the soap dispensers; instead we got two tiny wrapped soaps that barely lathered. There was one towel per person and very little toilet paper, which was thin. I understood the hotel or rooms would have A/C, but reception said the hotel didn't have it, and gave us one fan. There are two outdoor pools, though they're small. Our view was over 11 tennis courts and then a construction site. I saw the hotel's reply. If only some rooms have A/C, why weren't we given one of those when the hotel wasn't busy? I went back to reception as soon as we saw the room and asked about it, but was told there was no A/C and handed one fan, which is in the picture. The website should say that A/C is only in selected rooms, so people know what they're booking or can request it, if that's true.

For what I paid, the room was clean and tidy, with everything I needed. It was cleaned daily and the towels were fresh. The staff were helpful enough, though I didn't speak with them much. Shops and the beach are close, and the bus station isn't far if you're heading to or from the airport or Marrakech. I'd stay here again if I came back to Agadir.

We booked at the last minute and the check-in was quick and straightforward. You can take the stairs or the elevator. The apartments seem freshly decorated, with good space and a well-equipped kitchen. The mattresses were good and housekeeping came daily. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are close by, and the beach is around a 10-15 minute walk. The pool is small, though that didn't bother us since we don't swim. There's a nice shaded seating area beside it. My only gripe is there aren't many sockets in the living room or kitchen. There is one above the bedside cabinet for charging phones.
