Loft with a View

The hotel is modern, in a great spot for the mosque and sea, and breakfast was good. But the room had quite a few small defects, and check-in was poor. The rate was 300MAD more than online; he said booking direct would get us a good room. Then the card machine didn't work and they said we had to withdraw cash. Other than that, it was good.

We picked this hotel for its location within walking distance of the Hassa II Mosque, which we wanted to see during our overnight layover in Casablanca. The hotel is adequate and clean, though it's not a luxury place, and the check-in staff were friendly and helpful. I even had a nice view of the mosque from my room. At breakfast, the waiter took the money and didn't give me change, as if he assumed the rest was a tip. It was a pretty large amount compared with the total bill. It got sorted out eventually, but only after some hassle, and it felt a bit scammy. The other check-in staff were nice too, and the location is great.

We couldn't visit the mosque because our flights didn't allow it, but our room had a beautiful view 😍. The rooms were breathtaking and clean, and there were lots of breakfast choices.

The location is excellent, with lots of places nearby and easy access around Casablanca. My room at Melliber Appart Hotel Casablanca was clean, spacious, amazing, and very well kept. The housekeeper, soad, was incredibly kind and friendly, which made my stay more comfortable. Breakfast wasn't satisfying, although chef Yasser was always smiling and ready to help with anything. The reception team, though, wasn't very helpful and rarely smiled. The front desk service fell short of what I expected, so the stay was a mix of a great room, lovely housekeeping, and a perfect location with disappointing reception service.
