ROBINSON AGADIR - All Inclusive

We’ve been coming to Robinson Agadir for 12 years, and it really does feel like a second home. The food is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and there are activities for every age, but our favourite thing is simply spending time there together. The Roby Club is the best kids club we’ve experienced, at Robinson or anywhere else. Vanessa and her lovely team, including Tarik, Mohammed, Mimi, and everyone else, have watched our children grow from toddlers into teenagers. Every year they bring the same warmth, energy, and creativity. It’s priceless to know your kids are happy, safe, and having the time of their lives. The people are what make it special. The whole team creates a fun, caring, welcoming atmosphere. A special thanks to Nour Edinne, Djawad, and Faycal in the restaurant for their thoughtful attention and constant smiles. They make every meal feel personal. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

Roby’s Club deserves a special thank you. The team looked after my four-year-old son so well, and he absolutely loved it. It gave me real peace of mind to know he was with kind, attentive, professional people. Robinson Agadir is a beautiful, well-kept resort set up nicely for relaxing or staying active. We had a fantastic stay, would recommend it to families, and would definitely come back.

The food was great most of the time, and the service was polite and professional during our five days at Robinson Agadir over Christmas25. The room, though, didn’t meet a four-star standard, and after heavy rain we had water inside. The club equipment generally needs renovation soon, and dirty armchairs in the dining rooms seem to be standard.

The hotel itself is great, and the staff are amazing, but the experience felt very German-focused. Every night there were German-themed parties, and even the TV only had German channels. If you’re German or speak the language, that may be fantastic, but otherwise you’ll feel left out of the hotel’s activities. I’d hoped that an all-inclusive holiday meant I could enjoy the evenings at the resort. Instead, I didn’t expect to have to leave or stay in my room each night to avoid activities aimed clearly at German guests. Robinson Agadir should make clear that it caters heavily to German tourists so guests aren’t surprised on arrival. I’d have to give it three stars, even though I’d love to give it five. If you’re not German, I’d avoid this hotel and go elsewhere.
