Residence Rofaida

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean, though the hotel looks a bit old. Our room faced a construction site, and water spilled onto the floor whenever we showered. Breakfast was tasty but mostly sweet, with omelets, buns, jams, and croissants. There was no cheese or ham. Overall, the hotel is worth recommending.

It’s a good value for money and I’d recommend it if you’re mostly planning to go sightseeing instead of spending all day at the hotel. The place is old and a bit damaged, and the bathrooms are poorly designed so water gets everywhere. Still, it’s really clean and fine if you don’t need luxury. Breakfast isn’t fancy, but there’s enough to fill you up before the day. The staff are really nice and friendly.

The staff were pleasant, and breakfast was basic but did the job. We barely spent time at the hotel because we were out on excursions and mostly came back to sleep. I’d say it felt more like a two or three star place than a four star one. The hotel’s excursion representatives were rude and charged a lot. After we booked with a company we found on TripAdvisor, one of them threatened to call the police on both us and the company if we didn’t book through him.

We had a spacious room that was cleaned and replenished regularly, and the kids spent most of their time happily in the pool. It felt safe there, with a good lifeguard and music. There were plenty of activities to choose from and pay for on site, with transport and security provided. This was our first family and friends trip to Agadir, Morocco, and we’d happily book Rofaida again. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
