Royal Mirage Agadir

Wissal at reception made a real difference during my five days there. She was consistently welcoming and professional, and went out of her way whenever I needed help. The location was another strong point, with shops and restaurants nearby and easy transport around the area. Everyone I encountered was polite, friendly, and helpful. The hotel itself could use some updating, but that didn’t take away from a very pleasant stay.

The rooms and hotel are showing their age, but our room stayed comfortable without air conditioning. The staff more than made up for the dated surroundings. By the second day, everyone recognised us and was ready to help with anything. I’d definitely come back.

The head chefs were amazing, and the staff made our stay really pleasant. Wisal was especially helpful and caring, always going out of her way and making us feel at home. The towels in the room need replacing, and the hotel itself could use some TLC. Honestly, if I returned and the same staff weren’t there, I don’t think it would feel the same. Still, our stay was very good.

Wissal and her team put together a birthday surprise for me, and she personally oversaw all the arrangements. It was one of my best birthdays, and I’ll remember it for a long time. She was the highlight of our trip. We arrived Friday and were offered welcome drinks while checking in. The staff were polite, and Mohammad helped us with our luggage. Meryam and the cleaning team were lovely, friendly, and helpful. The food was okay, and the staff there were helpful too. Good value for money, a great night’s sleep, and a brilliant location made our stay enjoyable. We loved Agadir and would recommend the hotel.
