The manager and staff were lovely, but our booking through Opodo had a problem. I wouldn't book this hotel through them, as the manager doesn't work with them. When we arrived, there was no reservation under our name, and we panicked. The manager offered us a free night, but renovations meant we couldn't stay. Once the renovation work is finished, I highly recommend this friendly hotel. It has everything you need.

I've made this beautiful residence in the city center my home for thirty years. The staff are friendly and professional, there's a children's pool, and I've never experienced theft or rude incidents here.
